Oliver Young of Forrester Research Inc. predicted that the Web2.0 market (including blogs, WIKIs, social networking sites) would continue to “gain importance in 2008″. There would be a strong demand for tools like RSS and social networking. Forrester predicted the growth of RSS from 9 percent to nearly 20 percent by end of year.
